FY 2010 Appropriations Update

As of November 3, 2009, conference reports for five appropriations bills (Agriculture, Energy and Water, Interior and Environment, Legislative Branch, and Homeland Security) have been signed by the president. A continuing resolution (P.L. 111-88) is funding programs at FY 2009 levels through December 18, 2009. The table lists current funding levels for major grant programs based on the most recent House and Senate actions, and compares them to both the FY 2009 enacted level and the presidents FY 2010 proposals. Additional information on the FY 2010 budget process is available under Budget Briefs and Grants Database.
